Returns & Exchanges
We want you to to be happy with your purchase from DEESSE. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are to options start an exchange or return:
1. Option 1: initiate it using your account (log into your account, find the order, and clicks Request return)
2. Option 2: send a return request to: info@deesse.ee

After receiving your request, we will provide return instructions.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
Returned items must:

Be unused
-
Be in original condition
-
Include all original packaging and labels
-
Show no signs of wear, washing, damage or smell
You may try the item as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of excessive use beyond checking fit and nature, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, lingerie bottoms and items worn directly against the body without underwear are not be eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or personal care goods (such as pole grip liquids).
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless:

The product is defective

The product is incorrect (wrong item sent)
In case of defect or mistake on our side, we will cover the return costs.

Please make sure your name and order number are clearly indicated inside the parcel.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@deesse.ee.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery costs are not refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
